Checked out here because of team lunch on “Caring” Friday…

Located at newly built Via6 Apartment building in Downtown Seattle, this reastaurant was heavily promoted because of glory tag of “Tom Douglas” restaurant. ๐Ÿ™‚

Great atmosphere/interior, good noodles, strong soup (a bit salty) and pricy bill. ๐Ÿ™‚

Can’tย someone just open a quick shop of “here is the noodle and here is the soup getting poured on it” type noodle bar or truck?
