Located at newly built Via6 Apartment building in Downtown Seattle, this reastaurant was heavily promoted because of glory tag of “Tom Douglas” restaurant. π
Great atmosphere/interior, good noodles, strong soup (a bit salty) and pricy bill. π
Can’tΒ someone just open a quick shop of “here is the noodle and here is the soup getting poured on it” type noodle bar or truck?
