It already has been 2 and half years since I worked in Seattle while I have never been to inside of Pacific Place.
I stepped into this mall to stop for restroom and just recalled I was here in for one day back in 15 years ago…. 🙂

We are taking a toasted Brioche Bun, putting down a slide of our housemade Ranch, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, 1/3lb Premium Beef Patty, melted Cheddar Cheese, Cherry Wood Smoked Bacon, fresh Jalapeño slices and topped off with BBQ Sauce.
Actually this one tasted great – a bit worried about Jalapeño but it was not hot but just fresh enough.

10년여전 인천공항 개장할 때 “세종공항”이나 “서울메트로공항” 이런식으로 하면 어떨까 생각했을 때 우려하는 사태가 아직도 발생… -이걸로 인천을 고향으로 살아오신 아버지와 논쟁까지했던 기억이… -_-;
King Sejong Airport 도 나쁘지 않을것같은데? 하긴 인지도만으로 한다면 스폰서좀 받고 Samsung Airport로 하는게 좋을지도…-_-;
