The street of “remembrance” for me – Packard St. where I commuted to school for 2 school years – and also checked on the apartment I used to live
Ann Arbor 살던 시절 동네에서 커피 사마시던 사거리 – 가게는 바뀌었지만 여전히 커피가게는 있는듯했고…. (물론 여름 한철 장사하던 DQ도 그대로…ㅎㅎ)
2년간 통학하던 Packard St 풍경이 몇군데 빼고 대부분 그대로… 그리고 예전 살던 집과 수없이 밤새며 resume고쳐쓰던 방도 그대로인듯…

세상이 engineering 세상인데 공대/북쪽 캠퍼스도 보여주려고 손님들을 모시고 나의 추억도 약간 묻어 있는곳도 투어..
발음하기도 힘든 Duderstadt Center 여긴 24시간 하는 도서관이 있던 곳이라 가끔 보니스틸에 간다고 찾아갔던곳… (자정 넘어에는 한국어가 제2 공용어이던 신기했던 곳..ㅎㅎㅎ)
Bonisteel Blvd – although I never took any classes or spend serious times in here- I remember I rushed into here at some midnights when I was facing challenging deadlines from classes – where Korean becomes unofficial language after midnight. 🙂

본향이랍시고 찾았지만 그대로 있는건 이 complex의 한가운데 있는 나무 한그루.. 🙂 졸업식 끝나고 여기서 모여서 사진찍었던 기억….
꼬맹이군 친구는 우리집 wifi name이 왜 ross2007인지 알게 되었다..ㅎㅎ

Interlochen에서 밤늦게 나온 후 소싯적 뻔질나게 분유와 물사러 다니던 Costco가 있는 Brighton에서 하룻밤을 보내고 난 다음날 아침… 날씨는 우중충했지만 정말 친숙했던 이름들의 도시와 길을 향해 진입… 여기부턴 GPS도 필요 없었다..
얼마만에 들어보는 이름인지… 추억의 The Ride도 보였다….ㅎㅎ
After departing from Interlochen, new day started from Brighton – Despite gloomy weather, every names on plates were too familiar and I turned off the GPS.

새 TV로 이것저것 살펴보다보니 Michigan농구를 중계중이었는데… 하워드 3부자가 학교 농구 프로그램을 끌고 있었다..ㅎㅎ

I personally have never been associated any red in my life.. 🙂 Grown up from the country hates red, and went to both college and MBA where color was blue… and even I worked for company called themselves as Big Blue… 🙂 Maybe the closest one might be magenta.. 🙂

긴장속에서 첫주가 지났다.. 생각해보니 평생을 거의 빨간건 좋아하지 않는 분위기에서 성장 및 교육(학부 -웃긴 이야기지만 정말 지하철역도 없으면서 빨강색이 별로여서 빨강 학교가 사실 친구들도 더 많았고 입학에도 유리한 점이 많았음에도 구지 파랑 학교를 갔다… ㅎㅎ-와 MBA 둘다…) 받고 심지어 회사를 칭할때 파랑색이라 일컫는 회사에서도 생활을 했는데 제대로 빨갱이 물 한번 주욱 적셔 주신다…

a great day for all Michigan Football! 🙂 This sort of relaxing & exciting game has been a while… If you cannot be No/1 – just focus on beating the rivalries and “sprinkle the pepper flours to their party” 🙂
아주 오랜만에 즐겁게 본 Michigan Football..어차피 1등 못할거면 main rivalry한테 고추가루나 뿌리는게 제일 신난다..
