오 신비로운 맛… 인터넷에 떠다니 내용이 대충 커피:설탕:뜨거운물을 2:2:2로 하고 점성이 생길때까지 겁나게 저어 주다가 얼음+우유 위에 끈적해진 커피 달고나를 올려주면 된다고 해서 집에서 나도 시도 (내가 좀 관종인지라…ㅋㅋ)

허나 집에 instant coffee가 없어서 뀡대신 닭으로 G7 베트남 커피 한봉지로 커피는 가름하고 저어주기는 힘드니 믹서기로 한참 지져주셨더니 그럴싸하게 나온다..ㅎㅎ

역시 먹고 노는건 한국 사람을 따라갈 수 없다는걸 보여줌..ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

Wow.. Tried the ‘viral Korean sugar creamy’ coffee aka Dalgona (달고나) coffee

Pretty simple – the formula is instant coffee, sugar, hot water- all 2 table spoons and mix it up till you see the sticky foam starts to build up and the color turns golden brown – then prepare a cup with ice & milk and just top it with the Dalgona foam – then wait a bit and watch the foam melting into the milk. Then simply sip it.. 🙂

This one I used Vietnamese G7 coffee as I didn’t have the instant coffee as a replacement for 2 spoon of instant coffee but worked fine..
