World Tour Walk in Las Vegas Strip

하루는 Italy watertown에 잘 예정이라 거기다 차를 대놓고 홍학마을을 지나며 로마제국을 감상해주신후 빠흐리와 French 동네를 거닐다 범세계적인 감성젖은 빌딩 들을 지나 New York까지 걸어갔다. 뭐 결국 애들 롤러코스터 한번 태워주고 올때는 황금사자 구경한번 해주시고 모노레일 타고 왔다… (아무리 생각해봐도 여기 Roller Coaster는 탑승객보다는 탑승한 사람들을 보는 관광객을 위한 coaster인듯…ㅎㅎ) 그래도 둘째가 커서 이젠 억지로 안타도 됨에 감사…ㅎㅎ

다음엔 하키 경기 함 보는 것도 나쁘진 않을듯 싶다..

As one night was scheduled in Italy’s watertown, walked the strip by passing thru place of pinky birds while watching roman empire, and marched into Paris and French village, then passed thru some cosmopolitan looking buildings, then finally walked thru New York – just to let the kids to have a roller coaster ride which I always think the riders should get paid instead of paying as they are becoming the iconic watch for other tourists 🙂

철저한 서양식 Cafe 메뉴에 인테리어는 철저한 구한말 대한제국시절배경으로 깔아준 가게 막상 보기엔 아 뭐 그런가 싶은데 사진을 찍으면 일명 인스타갬성력이 장난 아닌 한국식 커피샵 혹은 까페를 구경갔다.. 갬성한판 맞춰주려 에스프레소 한잔 드링킹…

사막 한복판에 고종황제 사진으로 갬성 채린 한국식 커피샵….참 아이디어 훌륭하다…

Found an interesting Cafe whose interior is primarily about early 20C of Korea or old Chosun Kingdom/short lived Korean Empire – Historical fact is the King/Emperor was known as a coffee lover.

Anyhow – old Korean King/Emperor’s picture in a coffee shop in the desert or manmade oasis.. What a “lit” idea.. 🙂

Moobongri Soondae Soup at Las Vegas

사실 14개월전에 LV에 차 몰고 왔을때도 들렸지만 요번에도 들렸다… 순대국 가게들이 많이 사라진 서울… 역시 순대국 원탑은 무봉리 순대국이고 이제, 이것만 생각하면, LA를 꼭 가야만 하는 이유가 하나 줄었다.

Another critical LA Koreatown import to LV – I don’t find a better one that this one in Seoul.

White Castle

OMG – White Castle!!!!! – I could have cross the street to get it if I was not full 🙂

첫날은 어차피 잠만 잘거 그냥 붐비는 거리에서 떨어진 동네의 호텔에서 쉬었는데 – 배가 너무 부른 나머지 자기전에 콜라한잔 드링킹하려고 밤에 걸어나왔다. 다행인지 아쉬움인지 배가 부른탓에 호텔 건너편에 있는 白城 – 가볼 용기까진 안나고 사진만 한장… 좀만 덜 배불렀으면 뛰어갔을텐데… 아니 지금 생각해보니 하나라도 먹고 올걸 싶다..ㅎㅎ 다음 기회에… 🙂

Gordon Ramsay Steak @Paris Las Vegas

저녁시간 비행기를 $5짜리 스팸무수비를 멕이고 버틴건 그래도 Las Vegas에 왔는데 한번 정도는 fine dining 비스무리한걸 해봐야라는 생각으로 빠흐리 호텔에 있는 영국 욕쟁이 할배 고깃집에 갔다. (나름 가게 앞의 터널이 도버해협터널이라나…ㅋㅋ)

뭐 이미 가격대는 마음의 준비를 하고 있었고… 식당 먹는 내내 너무조금 나오면 어쩌나 – 이거 아무리 fine dining이라지만 가성비… 이런 생각으로 불안불안하며 먹었지만 나름 그래도 충분히 맛있게 배불리 먹고 나왔다.

Weird enough – British chef branded restaurant at Paris hotel – first kind of fine dining with family setting (hungry and furious 2 boys) made me worry about the amount of food being enough or not during the whole dinner (back up was midnight Taco run) but luckily was good enough and tasted good.

Alaska 730: Seattle to Las Vegas

5불 짜리 스팸 무수비 하나 들고 에스키모선장님이 이끄는 날개를 타고 따뜻한 남쪽나라를 찾으려 내려갔었다…

Flown south for warmer weather with $5 Spam Musubi from Seattle. I miss the old days when airlines at least provided some sandwiches in domestic flights..

2023 Mid Winter Break Week

I have always thought the name of “Seattle area Mid Winter Break” doesn’t make sense but this year tells me why. But… this was only the beginning…ha

항상 이해가 안되는게 2월에 한주 쉬는 주간이 Mid Winter Break라는 건데 항상 Mid Winter보단 봄이 될건가 Break이었지만 올해는 날씨가 이름값 제대로 시전해주셨다.
