Six Flags Magic Mountain at Santa Clarita/LA also has been on my wishlist for decades since my highschool/college years but now I am realizing I got old enough to say I had enough of these rides ๐ Fortunately or unfortunately, after the partial experience (because of winter season) and getting wet (with rains in last few hours), I rather loved the seafood noodle at Hong Kong Banjum at nearby after the visit ๐
At the end, all the kids remember from this trip is Gordon Ramsay’s Burger… I anticipated and also somewhat hoped the fantasy built during last trip with this burger broke with this visit but end up reinforcing/confirming it. ๐

Ezell’s has been a good local southern style fried chicken for years – however, thanks to the ‘level up’ of fried chicken from Chick-Fil-A driven Chicken Burger wars across franchises and wave of Korean Fried Chicken in recent years, the tastiness of this chicken seems to diminishing ๐
Maybe the best or the closest authentic tasting instant microwavable Tokpokki (spicy rice cake) I found; made by one of the sister companies of Nongshim – from Costco
Travel to California always bring series of mood changes from weather – first, get excited and envying, then gets into jealous minds, but those moods always disappear immediately after the first step outside of Seatac airport. ๐ I love the moist and crisp air in Seattle! ๐
Being in Southern Cal, CBTL is the easy choice and made my stomach ready for another round of BBQ – Beautiful sunset is simply a bonus in the way to fill the stomach
