서울에서 공수되어 오신 신기한 불닭면… 소주맛나나 싶었으나 그냥 귀여운 두꺼비 하나 그려준걸로 치기로함..ㅎㅎ (한편 소주를 땅기거나 하지도 않는다..ㅎㅎㅎ)
뭐 사실 불닭면을 그닥 좋아하진 않지만 김치맛은 약간 아삭하고 부드러운느낌이 있었다..

코스트코에서 그냥 지나치려다 눈에 들어온 과자… 새우칩인데 버터와 마늘이 들어가있다.. 참 한국인의 맛인데 하고 자세히 보니 뒷면 좌측 하단부 제일 밑에 보이는 한줄 “Product of S Korea” 이거 하나 믿고 집어왔는데… 대 투.더. 박이다..
그냥 한자리에서 한봉지 다 먹을각임…ㅎㅎ 마늘버터맛 알새우칩이라고 보면 될듯…
Curious to find the shrimp chips at Costco and it is even saying Butter and Garlic.. thought this is so Korean and then actually found out this is manufactured in Korea at the bottom of the backside. So gave it a try with a little bit of trust, and this thing didn’t turned back my trust and became one of the best chips ever from Costco… 🙂

또하나의 추억 버리기… Reebok Blacktop Bag..
여느 90년대의 고등학생처럼 그땐 이 큰 농구가방을 매고 공부를 하곤했었고 재수할때 내내 무거운 책들 넣고 다니며… 그 이후로는 가끔 여행용 가방으로 썼던 기억이다..ㅎㅎ 심지어는 MBA차 미국건너올때 이 가방에 무거운 책 다 때려놓고 핸드 캐리… 그때엔 핸드 캐리의 원칙은 있어도 이상하지 않으면 특별히 핸드캐리는 무게를 재지 않아서 어깨가 빠그러지게 무거워도 안무거워 보일려고 노력했었음..ㅎㅎㅎ
왠지 작별하고 오니 쓸떼가 또 있었는데…란 생각이 드는듯 싶다…ㅎㅎㅎ
Another farewell to old memory – Reebok Blacktop Bag.. like other highschoolers in 90s I also enjoyed the ‘fashion’ of using basketball bag as school bag and has been a good utility bag afterwards.. 🙂 Maybe the most recently best use of this bag was using as a hand-carry in a flight when I flied over to Detroit from Seoul in 2005 with full pack of heavy books.. 🙂 (At then you don’t have to weight the hand-carry if it doesn’t look ‘fishy.’.:) so had to pretend this is not heavy although my shoulder was screaming… 🙂

오랜만에 드셔주신 꼬꼬면…. 사실 이 라면은 좋은데 청양고추맛을 조금만 더 개선(쓴맛이 살짝 느껴짐)하면 좋겠다는 생각을 다시 했다…

요즘 한국의 Fad같은 Egg Drop Sandwich – 꼬맹이군이 드라마에서 봤다고 해먹어보자고 해서 평생 사본적 없는 연유도 사오고 유투브공부 해서 만들었다.(제일 도움되었던 Youtube비디오는 여기) 사실 여느 한국식 아침 샌드위치와는 비슷한데…연유를 쓰는게 특이점임 (스리라챠+연유, 마요네즈+연유)이걸 발라주고 나머지는 뭐 얼추 standard (식빵을 버터에 굽고, 계란을 스크램블로 넣고…등등)

Pretty standard components (butter toasted bread, scrambled egg, bacon, cheese) but maybe using condensed milk might be the unique thing for this. (Sriracha+condensed milk, mayo+condensed milk). Another recipe helped by Youtube. (Here) 🙂

흐하하하.. 오랜만이다..더위사냥…이런 맛은 동네 슈퍼의 아이스크림 코너에 달려있는 가위로 잘라먹는 쭈쭈바에서 시작한 -지극히- 한국적인 감성인듯…ㅎㅎ 고향의 맛이다..ㅎㅎ
