206 Cheesestake Burger at Blue Moon Burger

As a big fan of Philly Cheese Steak, I had a huge expectation when I saw this 206 Cheesestake as a special menu at Blue Moon.

Well – overall not bad- but not so fascinating either. I still believe the best of any kind of  Philly Cheese Steak I had was actually the one in DC, Georgetown back in 1999. And, I had only been to Philladelpiha once for a half day only when I was a hungry college student – McDonald’s was enought at then, so didn’t have any chance to taste Philly Cheese steak in Philly. 🙂

BWW – The Wings bringing me back to Ann Arbor

사실 생각해보면 그렇게 자주 가던 곳도 아니었는데 이상하게시리 BWW만 보면 자꾸 Ann Arbor생각이 난다.

기억에 선명하다.. State Street와 Washington Street에 있던 BWW… 🙂

MBA Classmate들과 당구도 치고, 한국 동기들과 술도 마시고, MAP친구들과 같이 앉아 NCAA농구도 구경하고 이젠 참 옛날일이 되어가고 있다..^^

Starbucks Caramel Flan Latte

지난달말에 갑자기 메일을 열었더니 timer가 돌아간다. 앞으로 1시간동안만 유효한 쿠폰으로 공짜로 latte를 주겠다는 offer였는데, 한밤중에 집에서 연관계로 당연히 close.

다음날 혹시나 하는 마음에 다시 열었더니 다시 시간이 시작되고, 공짜로 먹었다. 신제품 홍보인듯 싶은데 재미있는건 이걸 먹고 나서 주위 사람들에게 말했더니 다들 뭔가를 받긴 받았는데 offer가 2가지로 나눠었다. 나처럼 공짜로 받은 사람과 $2 off를 받은 사람..

아마도 offer에 대한 sensitivity를 AB Testing하는듯…

Starbucks 훌륭한데? (공짜 커피먹더니 다 훌륭해 보이는건가? )

암튼 맛은 대충 Latte에 Caramel plus Vanilla syrup인듯 싶다. 좀 달어서 그닥 자주 사먹지는 않을 듯..아니면 아주 우울한날 기운 차리려고 사먹을 듯 싶다.
