World Tour Walk in Las Vegas Strip

하루는 Italy watertown에 잘 예정이라 거기다 차를 대놓고 홍학마을을 지나며 로마제국을 감상해주신후 빠흐리와 French 동네를 거닐다 범세계적인 감성젖은 빌딩 들을 지나 New York까지 걸어갔다. 뭐 결국 애들 롤러코스터 한번 태워주고 올때는 황금사자 구경한번 해주시고 모노레일 타고 왔다… (아무리 생각해봐도 여기 Roller Coaster는 탑승객보다는 탑승한 사람들을 보는 관광객을 위한 coaster인듯…ㅎㅎ) 그래도 둘째가 커서 이젠 억지로 안타도 됨에 감사…ㅎㅎ

다음엔 하키 경기 함 보는 것도 나쁘진 않을듯 싶다..

As one night was scheduled in Italy’s watertown, walked the strip by passing thru place of pinky birds while watching roman empire, and marched into Paris and French village, then passed thru some cosmopolitan looking buildings, then finally walked thru New York – just to let the kids to have a roller coaster ride which I always think the riders should get paid instead of paying as they are becoming the iconic watch for other tourists 🙂

Las Vegas Strip and GR Burger

슬픈건지 당연한건지… 8박9일간 나름 distancing하면서 여행한답시고 자차로 산넘어 다니고 마스크 쓰고 삽질하며 다닌 결과 우리집 식구가 제일 기억에 남는건 영국 욕쟁이 아재의 버거란다.. 🙂

뭐 맛은 좋은건 나도 인정하긴 한다만…

At the end, all the kids remember from this trip is Gordon Ramsay’s Burger… I anticipated and also somewhat hoped the fantasy built during last trip with this burger broke with this visit but end up reinforcing/confirming it. 😀

Resort World Las Vegas

뭐 그래도 이틀동안 우리를 재워준 괜춘한 호텔… 한편으론 Las Vegas Strip 에서 약간 외곽에 있어서 어떨까 싶었는데 들고 나기 좋고 상대적으로 Family Friendly한것도 있고 덜 붐벼서 자연스럽게 거리두기도 잘되고 괜찮았다… 한편으론 양날의 검같지만 Asian theme을 의도적으로 만든건지 의식한건지.. 카지노 옆 food court는 온갖 아시안 음식인데 (별루 확땡기지는 않고 한식은 없다보니 아무래도 중국풍으로 갈수밖에 없어서 개인적으로는 중국사람 아니라 환영 못받는(?) 소외감도 약간…..) 허나 밤12시에 맛난 버블티도 먹고 괜춘..

Actually better than expected – although hotel operation is still a bit of mess – checked into not cleaned room, room credit not worked, hotel parking is full so had to park at visitor parking etc.. but nice and clean and still less crowded (easy social distancing) new hotel feel is still there..

Mystère by Cirque du Soleil

그래도 Las Vegas에 왔으니 문화공연도 하나는 봐주셔야 하지 않을까…?해서 예약한 공연.. 🙂 TI호텔에서 한다고 하니 해적들이 나오고 텐트에서 광대가 춤추고 코끼리가 걸어다니는 게 서커스인줄만 아는 애들에게 뭔가 색다른 경험이었기를..ㅎㅎㅎ (허나 여행끝에 뭐가 제일 기억에 남았냐 물어보니 순 먹은것만 이야기하신다…ㅎㅎㅎ)

Hope this was an eye opening performance (vs. simple circus show) to kids – however, all they remembered during this long trip was the foods they had.. 🙂
