Late but great lunch after tougher-than-expected hike at Waimea. Located in front of James Cook monument.. (Right – this island was “found” by famous Captain James Cook…:))

Interesting & confusing shop name while shop is saying they don’t sell any alcohol after ‘accepting Jesus with hearts’ πŸ™‚ whatever… Loco Moco tasted very fresh and tasty.

Fun trail hiking – where hiking was a series of physical challenge (ultra muddy paths, crossing streams, juggling around fallen trees) in a movie scene locations. Kauai’s street chickens or roosters are in the canyon as well.. πŸ™‚

Well this place doesn’t even have an official name – roadside on the road to Waimea Canyon.
