Running Again – Midnight Running


그간 얼마를 쉰건지 햇수 세기도 챙피하네… 대략 5년만에 다시 뛴다.. 실은 목디스크 영향으로 어깨가 아파서 더이상 못버티겠음…first day – 4.6 mile in an hour not that bad

Back to midnight runner mode again after years of long break – cannot take the neck/shoulder pain any more.. 😦
