Going to the Sun Road, scenic drive built in 1932, felt exactly the same way it is named… + a bit of scared to death for driver 🙂

고잉투더썬 절벽길 운전 하다가 까딱 정신줄 놓으면 골로가는줄…..ㅎㅎ “운전해서 저하늘까지” ..

Summer Road Trip 2019: Glacier National Park

5 days & 4 nights, 3 States, 2 time zones, and about 1300 miles of driving – all decided at the night before departure 🙂 For surely, unplanned road-trip amplifies the memories and fun.

고되긴 하지만 Roadtrip은 Roadtrip이 주는 기억과 맛이 있다.

이번 여행은 더구나 대충 3일전쯤에 휴가를 쓸수 있는게 결정되고, 아이들 개학전 마지막 주말을 끼고 어디로 갈까를 고민하다 출발하기 전날 밤에 목적지를 결정하고, 일정 짜고, 급하게 예약해서, 우격다짐으로 가서 그런지 더 무계획이 주는 맛도 추가였다.

Larrabee State Park

역시 캠핑은 주립공원 캠핑장이 참 좋다.. 나름 Washington State의 첫째 주립공원의 품격 – 멋진 한 경치 해주시는 길을 따라 도착한 경치 좋은 곳에서 신나게 장작 태우고, 고기 구워먹고, 굴도 까먹고 비포장길 한참 운전해서 산정상까지 가서 멋진 경치도 보고… 즐거운 사람들과 즐거운 시간을 보내다 왔다.

Larrabee State Park – Just south of Bellingham, facing Samish Bay/Bellingham Bay – maybe one of the best state park & its camping site I have been to 🙂 Had a great time with friends and families.

Playland Vancouver – I believe I drove this by multiple times but finally made myself at here.. 🙂

and pizzapizza – I am pretty sure there was a ‘Canadian Pizza’ store in Seoul more than like 20 years ago 😛

어쩌다 밴쿠버에 있는 동네 놀이공원 방문.. 겨울에 야외활동이 힘든 도시인건 어차피 매한가지라 시애틀과 비슷한 수준.. (이걸 위해 올라올 필요는 없음..ㅎㅎ)

저 ‘캐나디안 피자’ 피자피자 분명히 대치동에서 진짜 쌍팔년도 즈음에 시켜먹은적 있는데 장소는 기억이 가물가물..ㅎㅎ

July 4th Fireworks at Bellevue Downtown Park

사람 많고 – 사실은 일이 많아서 – 갈생각은 꿈도 못꾸고 멀리 고층 사무실 어딘가에서나 조그맣게 바라보던 서울 불꽃놀이 축제가 그립다는 생각이 문뜩들었다.

Good fireworks but I suddenly started to miss the crazy crowded Seoul International Fireworks Festival..
