Landing at Los Angeles/LAX
Arrival at LA – smoke from wildfire at some points, downtown, and airport filled with all different airline logos.
갑작스레 출장이 잡혀 지난주 주중에 2박일정으로 LA에 다녀왔다. (그렇게 보내달라고 할때는 안보내줘서 지난달에 내돈 들여갔다왔더니..ㅎㅎ…) 비행기 위에서 산불로 뿌예진 동네 (Seattle의 비 좀 가져다 주려면 좋으련만…)도 보이고, 다운타운 위를 지나 LAX공항 도착.
근 10년만에 LAX 공항에 비행기 타고 온것 같다…

시애틀 이착륙하는 비행기 여러번 타봤지만 이렇게 가까이에서 깨끗하게 본건 처음인듯 싶다..ㅎ

장담컨데 Seattle로 출퇴근 하던 시절 몇십번은 앞을 지나간 법한 곳에 있는 훌륭한 일식집.. 뭐 사실 일식 맛의 차이를 맛있다와 맛없다로밖에 구분못하는 수준이라.. 🙂

Alaska 2116: Portland to Seattle
Just after taking off from Portland – must be over the Columbia river…and noticed town has turned into snow town at next morning..
아니나 다를까 시애틀행 다른 비행기들이 다 연착인데 이건 제시간에 간다고 놀라면서 포틀랜드에서 탑승한 쌍발 비행기.. 결국은 30분 짜리 비행기 30분 지연 출발해서 (한편 승무원 아저씨가 승객들 재밌게 하려고 안내방송을 무슨 예능 라디오 방송 하듯이 해서 날려던 짜증은 사라져 주심…ㅎㅎㅎ) 한밤중에 돌아와 다음날 아침에 동네를 봤더니 뽀로로 마을이다.. 세상에 진눈깨비맞으며 금요일 아침에 떠나 일요일날 돌아오니 이러네..이게 왠 11월에 망조래..ㅎㅎ 🙂

Riding on Eskimo Face again but stopped at Portland because of cheaper airfare to get Stumptown Coffee as there is no sales tax at Oregon from its hometown 🙂
올때는 비행기 값이 싸다는 이유로 스텀프타운 커피를 구지 Seattle에도 있지만 Oregon은 sales tax가 없으니까 쌀거란 이유로 나름 본고장에서 사야한다는 이유로 포틀랜드에 들렸다..ㅎㅎㅎ 아 찌질한 인생…

Maybe one more thing I did other than eating, drinking, and walking in LA was sweating at Spa. Tried 2 different Spas (Crystal @Koreatown & Wi Spa @MacArthur Park) – including the one showed up at Conan’s show (where Conan and Steven Yun showed up) Remind me the good “time killed” at Jjimjil bangs in Seoul 🙂
제대로 이틀 연속 찜질방 투어도 해주심…
