Incredibly long official name 🙂 Maybe because this is the latest national museum in this block, this museum shows the future of museum in technology/curation/design..
개인적으로는 주제가 나랑 맞지 않는지라 스킵할까도 했는데 최신이라 그런지 박물관의 쇼케이스급으로 잘 만든 박물관인듯싶다.

Felt like a royal palace but kind of make sense as this was built when other kingdoms built their palaces
안에 와서 보니 박물관 혹은 왕궁급 건물이네.. 하긴 다른 나라들 궁대궐 지을때 공화국이었으니 백악관이나 국회의사당을 왕궁급으로 지은걸로 치자..ㅎ 🙂
건물 앞에선 마치 레인코트나 정장 입고 마이크 하나 쥐고 “워싱턴에서…”를 해야할거 같은 분위기…

Lafayette Square & The White House
아름다운 날씨를 흠뻑 느끼며 백악관 주위를 지나갔다. 새삼 다시 느낀건 DC는 시내가 참 깨끗한 도시.. (씨애틀도 한 때 깨끗했으나 지금은 주사기 굴러다니는 약쟁이의 도시가 되어버렸다..)
It was, indeed, a beautiful day walking around The White House.. Reminded that DC may have the cleanest downtown streets in US.. (Downtown Seattle used to be one of those but, unfortunately, I don’t think that is the case any more….)
