Felt weird to drive my own car in Las Vegas ๐ Struggled a bit to do a walk in at some known spots for sushi buffet but found a good one. Finally at the end, enjoyed the good rest at new hotel – Hilton Resort World at Strip with full stomach ๐
The trickiest drive decision has to be made at early morning in Twin Falls, Idaho with inches of snow on the road. Shall I take I-15 to go south (with additional 2 hours) or test my luck to go straight south in snowy roads. One lucky thing was I end up following snow removal truck till Idaho-Nevada border (although had to go slow but safe enough :)) Entire drive started with snowy roads ended at sunny arrival at Las Vegas.
This -from Southeastern WA to Southern Idaho via Northeast Oregon was the most critical point for deciding the timing of travel -thanks to their elevation & snow activity- all safely passed without any snow – magically ๐
Even after living in Seattle metro for almost 15 years, passing I-90 Snoqualmie Pass in winter has always been a picturesque thing, thrill, & sometimes a drama ๐
This time, waiting for temporary pass closure in snow due to multiple prior crashes was a good thrill/nerve test. ๐
Long story short without any spoiler – Walked into the theater without single word of knowledge but absolutely a great movie and must see.
Maybe one personal factor – watching Spiderman series had always been a stone in my stomach for years (because of ….) but now I am totally free from that.. ๐
