Maybe the ugliest game I have watched between two schools but I will take win as a win. This win is so sweet in many aspects! – 4th consecutive win is a joy, winning at Columbus is a joy, winning at a hopeless season and “pepper spreading” to all OSU’s hope for this season is the joy- Great!!

오히려 너무 게임 같은 이번 시즌 World Series는 그닥 열심히 보지는 않았는데…. (+시애틀 매리너스의 최악의 Post Season 실패도 기여한듯…) 그나마 짬짬히 본 마지막 경기는 반전 끝에 드라마처럼 끝났다. 가을에 미친 선수가 나타나야 하고, 어이없는 실수에서 큰 변수가 반전되며, 선발 선수가 마무리로 투입되는 건 야구 최종 시리즈의 승리 공식이 되는 듯하다…
I didn’t follow this year’s world series actively as the bracket to World Series was too obvious (and Mariners missed it r.i.d.i.c.u.l.o.u.s.l.y….) but last game proved all the ingredients of closing the series – OMG bonehead errors, player turning into crazy mode with autumn, and all pitching rotation is ignored to win 🙂

요즘 회사 분위기 아주 살벌하시다…. 이 업계의 공포의 대상인 UAW도 한소리 올려주시고 계시고 게다가 이제는 수많은 Youtube나 뉴스들 아주 작살나게 회사를 때려주고 있다…
개중엔 정확한 분석들도 있고 말도 안되는 X소리를 만드는 end들도 있는데…그중에 가장 뼈때리고 정확하게 분석한 건 아마도 CNBC에서 만든 뉴스인듯
아직은 짧은 내 식견으로 봐도 대충 80% 정도는 맞는 이야기인듯…
자동차업계는 아무래도 고객들 및 모든 시장의 참여자가 상품-자동차-에 기대하는 점들이 다 다르기 때문인지 참 어려운 곳이다…
아무래도 난 내 원칙을 지키고 나가야겠다 🙂 어려워 어려워…

With tons of bad and harsh news, maybe the one I found most accurate is the one from CNBC Youtube channel; maybe 80% or so of the contents are extremely accurate from my limited learning perspective.
This is tough industry to be in 🙂 as everyone participating in industry as customers, partners, empoyees, owners, etc – all have different expectations and emotional ties with the product 🙂

뭐 한편으론 이길 확률이 많지 않다고 생각했다 … 특히 지난주 경기 결과 들쭉날쭉하는 Running Back들로 Running만 하는 팀은 사실상 야구에서 무슨 공을 던질지 알려주고 투구하는 셈이라.. 그걸 뚫을 만큼 강력하지 않으면 어렵지 않을까 싶었는데 처참하게 – 어떻게 보면 한계를 너무나 명확히 보여주게- 졌다.. 잠깐 이나마 Passing이 되던 순간엔 이길수도 있겠는데 생각했건만 밑천이 너무 금방 드러나 버렸다..
나름 작년 Championship에서 서로 상대한 2팀의 대결이라 재미있을 듯 싶기도 했고.. 한편 두 팀 모두 지난 Championship게임에서 날라 다니던 선수들은 다 NFL로 졸업… 그리고 rebuild모드에서 헉헉대는 팀들이다. Washington도 벌써 2패..
암튼 Michigan경기 결과를 -좀 좋진 않았지만- 동네 뉴스와 티비로 볼 수 있어서 좋았다. 이제부터 이번 시즌 말까지는 Go Interlake Saints다!!
This was a kind of bitter sweet game, as part of me has been telling me this result as a possible result. Any team cannot simply win by running only as that is handing out the game plan to everyone. 😦
However, I enjoyed watching Michigan game in local TV and news 🙂 and now from this moment – Seahawks losing in ridiculous manner & Mariners failed to go to Post Seasons, my main cheer goes to Interlake Saints!

Teton Village Gondola에서 내려와 들숨과 날숨을 다시 찾은 후 🙂 다시 집으로 향한 장정을 시작하여 Freeway 3개 노선과 State Road 몇개를 통과하면서 총 6시간 가량 운전하여 Boise에 도착해서 호텔로 직행…
사실 Teton에서 나올 때 이용해야되는 2500m 의 산악도로인 Teton Pass가 지날 예정이던날 한달전에 무너져서 돌아가는게 불가피하겠구나며 탄식을 했는데 기적적으로 예정일 일주일 전 즈음에 임시 복구가 되어 안돌아와도 되게 되었다… – 아마 미국 생활이 강산이 두번 바뀔때쯤 되었는데 이리 빨리 공사하는 건 처음 목격한듯 싶다…(역시 관광이 가장 큰 소득인지라 재빠르게 임시로나마 복구한듯 하고.. )
Wyoming DOT에 경의를 표하며 동시에 Idaho와 Wyoming의 광활함에 대한 통감 그리고 Teton부터 시작했던 끝없는 Snake River곁을 따라 달리며 무사히 Boise에 도착… (이강 Teton에서 시작해 Wyoming-Idaho/Oregon을 다 지나 Washington까지 와서 Columbia River를 만난다….)
Now back to the road to get-closer-to-home driving and stopped at Boise after 6 hours of driving multiple freeways and state roads along with endless Snake river which started from Teton –
Also, I need to admit this 6 hours of driving was actually a result of miraculous work as Teton Pass was landslided a month ago and only took ~3 weeks to build up the temporary bypass – Thanks to marvel engineering works and quick actions from Wyoming DOT (Big thank you!) – This is the fastest ever road engineering work I have noticed in US in last ~20 years 🙂

Now having a highschooler who learns various things means we have to send him to other states for multiple week long summer camp – Now I look back and even smile on the old days I was complaining to have “expensive” local summer camp when these kids were in elementary or so…
This year for my #2, it is 4 weeks in Midwest (and he needs to go to LA after this 🙂 ) so I had to resume the duty of transporting the kid to out of town 🙂 and due to conflicting schedule we decided to fly out to St. Louis on Friday afternoon.
Rather than getting ripped off at airport with hyper inflation impacted foods, we also tested Alaska’s in-flight meal (as this one is long haul – they graciously “sell” the meal with pre-order only:) ) which were Penang curry and Korean beef burger 🙂
방학이 되는 고등학생이 있다보니 이제는 뻑하면 타주로 행사를 가야하는데 이번 방학도 작년처럼 방학하자마자 첫주에 애를 “배송”하게 되었다. 🙂 근데 최종 행선지가 어차피 공항이 붙어 있는 도시가 아닌 떨어진 도시라 애를 혼자 보내는건 불가능하고 비행편 일정이 딱히 맞는게 없어 일단 St. Louis로 향해서 거기서 운전해 가는 방법 선택…
어차피 공항에서 말도 안되는 가격에 밥먹는거 털릴바엔 차라리 기내에서 사먹어보면 어떨까해서 장거리 국내선 노선에서 선주문만 받는 밥도 하나씩 사전 구매하고 받아먹었는데… Penang Curry는 한 6입 먹으면 끝이고 Korean Beef Burger는 어디가 Korean인지 잘모르겠다… (이제 슬슬 미국에서 뻑하면 Korean붙이는데 재미들린듯 한 현상이 가끔 보이는데 이것도 그런듯…ㅎㅎ)
뭐 그래도 기대안했는데 범죄도시3가 기내 영화 리스트에 있어 졸던 중 반쯤 감상.. (남은 반은 돌아오는 비행편에서 끝내주셨다..) 그 엄청나게 보던 초롱이 step을 실제로도 보긴 했지만 아무래도 장이수가 있어야 범죄도시가 아닐까 싶음…
미국 오자마자 미주리를 한번 가봤으니 거의 20년만에 미주리로 향해 주셨다…
