Lenox, MA and BU Tanglewood Institute

Massachusetts와 New York 주 경계 근처에 있는 Lenox에 도착했다. (여긴 Albany가 Boston보다도 가까운 동네..) 조그맣고 이쁜 도시인데 Boston Symphony에서 Summer 음악 Festival도 운영하고 BU 음대에서 운영하는 여름 캠프라고 해서 선발도 되기도 했고 좋은 경험되라고 “꼬인숲 음악학교”에 작은 분을 보냈다…

Checkin 도와주고 2주후에 보자란 hug해주고 나왔다 (허나 다음날 아침 공항가기 전에 선풍기 사 들고 다시 뛰어왔다…)

Yellowstone: Old Faithful Area Geysers

Last scenery around the “other” pools and geysers around Old Faithful Geyser before we left for next destination

2박을 보낸 Old Faithful을 떠나는 날 아침…. 야속(?)하게도 Old Faithful옆에도 멋진 화산지대가 펼쳐져 있다… 그래도 언제일지는 모르지만 또 다음기회를 기약해본다.

Indiana Dunes

Michigan City에서 하루 밤을 보내고 원래는 아침에 Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore의 West Beach로 향하려 했는데 국립공원이 아침부터 열지 않는 사태 발생…그냥 차선책으로 남쪽으로 이동해서 삽질좀 하다 그래도 나름 파도치는 Lake Michigan이랑 Sand Dunes를 잘 보고 왔다..

Started the day of return to Seattle early by attempting to hike around Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore but got blocked to the fact park only opens from 8AM 😦 After having 5 min walk in National Park, we had a quick detour to one nice park in Gary, IN
