Interesting noodle “Koryo Myeon”? Never heard this before although coming from well-known Ramen company in Korea, so gave it a try..
After some research this turned out to be ‘export only model’ not a old kingdom’s taste (Koryo name is one of the old kingdom in Korea – actually the word of ‘Korea’ originated from that kingdom’s name)
Anyhow, tasted like Kalgooksoo/thick style noodle ramen and tasted good 🙂
우리 마나님께서 안매워 보이고 싸다고 사오신 고려면… 난생처음 들어보는 이름은데 홈페이지에 찾아보니 팔도의 수출전용모델로, 고려면 – Korean Noodle Broad Flavor라고 나온다. 무슨 고려왕조 시대 맛을 재현한 면식인가라는 기대를 가지고 봤다가 그런 기대를 하고 있는 나를 보고 웃어주셨다.
(넓은맛은 도데체 어떤 맛이며, “고려”를 Korea/Korean로 번역하는 안암동식 억지 번역은 당최 뭔 조화인지… ㅋㅋㅋ ) 끌여보니 대략 칼국수라면이구만….
스프가 고추장 Paste에 기반한 것으로 보이며, 아무래도 국수맛에 먹는 라면인듯…먹을만해주심..:)
