풀무원 꽃게탕면 / Pulmuone Crab Ramen

뭐 집에서 머리는 까치집에 추리닝 차림 + 스레빠 끌고 다니며 뒹글거리는 백수인데 집에서 제대로 밥을 먹기가 미안한 마음이 든다는 핑계로 라면에 자꾸 손이 간다..ㅎㅎ 뭐 예전엔 맛있으니 먹었다 치고..ㅋㅋㅋ 풀무원 면빨은 여전히 훌륭하고 다양한 맛을 시도하는 듯하다.

‘Jobless Uncle’ status at home kind of make me to have a good justification for instant noodle (vs nice regular meal) 🙂

Orange Pekoe Tea

어디에선가 여행중에 얻어온 차들… 펜데믹을 맞이하여 하나둘씩 꺼내 마시는데 발견한 Orange Pekoe Tea – 오렌지 맛이 아니였다?!!! 정확한 유래를 찾아보니 ‘Orange’는 네덜란드 동인도 회사에서 연유하며 ‘Pekoe’는 중국 남부지방에서 쓰이는 용어라는 설이 있음..결국 Tea의 종주국(?)인 영국 사람들 입장에선 네덜란드 사람들이 중국에서 가져온 차 정도 되시겠다는 복잡한 사연이 이상한 이름의 차로 귀결된듯하다..

With Pandemic, I have started to taste various tea bags I must have picked up from some of the old travels…Strange name of black tea without any taste of orange 🙂 After looking some articles on web, my kind of summary tells this word of orange originate from Dutch and Pekoe is the term used in South China.. what a complex world it is… 🙂

코스트코에서 업어온 유타주와는 전혀 상관없는 이름의 시애틀 로컬 맥주…조리퐁도 오랜만에..ㅎ 뭐 맥주도 술이냐고 하실분도 있겠으나 맥주도 술이라면 요즘 술부르는 세상이다..ㅎㅎ

Another Seattle beer pickup from Costco with name of Utah 😀 Jolly Pong works great with beer as well.. If beer can be classified as alcohol (vs drink), then, nowadays, things around me are calling for alcohol.. 🙂
