Had a privilege to play with this device for 2 mins in last month. In short conclusion, don’t be fooled with name of “Sidekick” but this is practically the android with keyboard from Samsung…

Well all of sudden, I just came to a decision to close my old cyworld which I hardly visit anyhow.. plus couple of postings I made thru naver blog..(Maybe once in a half year?) So I am migrating some of those postings in here… 🙂 so expect to see some really old postings….

Also, decided not to have ads anymore.. was a nice journey to understand advertisement oriented business model, but this is still my personal space… 🙂

Just got LG Optimus T….

Looks awesome with Andriod Froyo and great quality of display, 5 screen..
and this one do support Korean language as well.. though i use it with English setting..

이번에 서울가서 큰맘 먹고 해온 안경…내일생 가장 얇은 렌즈를 낀 안경 되시겠다…한땐 두꺼운 렌즈가 싫어서 위험하기 짝이없는 유리알을 일부러하기도 했었다…

Samsung Behold2 – First Android from Samsung in US

Happen to play with first version of Andriod from Samsung in Americas.
First feeling is 아주 훌륭하다.. Andriod기능을 충실하게 지원해 줄 수 있는 Full Touch phone이라고 간단히 요약할 수 있는 듯 싶다..
5M Camera 및 비디오 지원, Wifi 지원도 맘에 들고… 우리집 실내는 약하지만..-_-; 밖에서 돌아다닐 때 coverage 및 3g 속도도 꽤나 불편없이 쓸 수 있다.. 무엇보다도 LED Screen의 밝은 해상도는 압권인듯 싶다..
그리고 요즘들어 은근슬쩍 휴대폰들이 무거워지 고커지는 경향이 있는데..아주 slim하시고 가벼워 만족스러웠음.. Touch Keyboard가 적응하는데 좀 시간이 걸릴듯 싶긴한데.. 당연한 이야기인지는 몰라도 실물 키보드 보다는 오타율이 좀 높다…^^;
Cube란 새로운 메뉴가 있긴 한데.. 약간 벅벅거리고 생각보다 그리 쓰지는 않는듯 싶다..
한가지 또 아쉬운 점은…모든 Touch Phone 및 data device가 격는 문제이긴 하겠지만, Battery가 닳는게 눈에 보인다.. 대충 2-3일 쓰면 바닥날 듯 싶다..거야 뭐 열심히 충전해주시는 수 밖에…^^
암튼 이러한 장점들을 가진 관계로 현재 이 폰은 마나님께 조공으로 받쳐 사용되고 계시는 중이시다..^^
이거 삼성에서 광고조금만 해주시면 우리회사 대박제품 될텐데…(우리회사에서 광고하는 건 족족 다 실패라 꼭 삼성에서 해주셨음 한다…-_-)란 생각도 잠시 해주셨음…

Windows 7

Thanksgiving 을 맞이하여.. 홈 PC를 Windows 7으로 upgrade했다..

뭐 Vista에 큰 불만이 있었던 건 아니었지만.. PC가 OS를 버거워 한다는 느낌은 계속 가지고 있었다.. 흐흐.. 어쨌던.. 머리털나고 처음으로..(아 쑥스러워라..) 정품 Package를 구해서 설치했다.. (뭐 이전까지는 항상 회사버전 혹은 PC새로 샀을 때 따라온것으로 유지했었다…) 왠지 양지로 나온 기분….-_-;;;

각설하고..큰 사용자 UI는 크게 변하지 않았고.. 투명창 기능 이 있어 시작 메뉴바를 간편하게 해줬다는 점 하나는 칭찬받을 만한듯 싶다.. 무엇보다도 가장 칭찬 받을 일은.. PC가 많이 가벼워 졌단 느낌이다.. Booting속도도 훨신 빨라지고 개별 operation도 느끼기는 어렵지만 많이 가벼워 졌다.. Vista깔린 PC사고나서 들었던 “이 PC의 주인은 나인가 아니면 Vista인가?”의 생각이 없어지고 드디어 내가 PC의 주인이라는 생각이들었다..

그리고 단적으로 시끄럽게 돌아가던 fan 소리가 확줄어들었음은 아마도 좋은 현상을 반증하는 듯 싶다… (물론 먼지 구덩이 PC를 진공소재기로 구멍마다 쫙~ 빨아들인 효과도 있겠지만..-_-)

물론 32bit버전을 깔아서 bit의 upgrade로 인한 효과는 아직 못 보았지만 그래도 훌륭한듯 싶다..
