All in all, hot & itchy weekend 😦 with mosquito bites, picking up nice cherries, authentic Mexican restaurant, and Despicable Me 3 at Yakima.. 🙂

Driving to Los Angeles
정적이 흐르는 크리스마스날 아침 San Ramon에 붙어 있는 Dublin이라는 도시에 있는 한국계 체인이나 중국 고객이 더 많은 Paris Baguette에서 빵을 사들고.. (당최 국가/문화의 정체성은 -다양성이라는 멋진 단어로 가리고 -어디다 둔 나라인지…ㅎㅎ) 운전을 시작하여 해질 무력 드디어 최종 목적지인 LA를 향해 출발…
이번 운전으로 미국 서부의 동맥인 I-5의 Sacramento 주위 구간과 San Diego to Mexico국경까지 부분을 제외하고 완주달성…ㅎㅎ
Had breakfast from Korean bakeries named Paris Baguette which is crowded with Chinese customers at the city named Dublin next to San Ramon.. huh?

Tunnel view, El Capitan, & Yosemite Village
다시 차를 돌려 돌덩이 밑에 있는 계곡으로 다시 정주행.. 그 유명한 터널뷰 – 10년전에 메신저 profile사진으로 쓰던 폭포수로 토하는 사진 찍었던 곳인데- 이제는 최근 가뭄탓인지 계절 탓인지 물이 말라버려 꺼면 물자국만 보인다..
그리고 “대장님 돌덩이”도 보고 마을에 들려 늦점하고 나이테 감상하고 나와주셨다.. 예전에도 느낀거지만 여긴 당일치기는 힘든곳…ㅋ 하루 자고 가는 여유가 있으면 좋았으련만.. 그건 이번 겉핥기 여행의 취지에 맞지 않으니 가족과 올때 해야겠다..

Alaska 200: Seattle to San Jose
어여 10년전 비정규직 외국인 알바 학생 신분으로 석 달 살았던 어줍짢은 경험을 바탕으로, 샌프란시스코 구경을 못해 보신 부모님의 가이드로 나서, “주말을 이용한 번갯불 콩볶아 먹기+수박 겉핥기표” 샌프란시스코 여행을 다녀왔다.
당연히 취지에 맞게… 비용최소화를 위해 토요일 아침 꼭두 새벽-사실상 한밤 중-에 공항으로 가서 에스키모 항공 산호세행 비행기에 올라타, 대충 5년만에 산호세로 출동… 그러고 보니 산호세에서 보낸 여름도 강산이 한번은 바뀌었구나…ㅎㅎ

말그래도 우와…특히 형형새색 물에 산이 비치는 마지막 사진의 장면은… (물론 사진이 담아낸게 그나마 한 반정도의 느낌?)

Good lesson learned – if there is crowd at some spot in the park, there is a reason and you will be sorry if you don’t stop by.. 🙂
갈길이 바빠도 찍을건 찍어주시고… 처음엔 돌이 모양만 있어도, 구멍에서 연기만 나도 신기하더니 이 즈음부터는 그냥 옐로스톤의 일상으로 무뎌지기 시작함..ㅎㅎ
