During my stay at Detroit, had a chance to drive around the city with Jeep Compass Trailhawk..
As a Compass Limited driver I have always wondered the difference between these two, but not much difference…Next time I will pickup Trailhawk which has slightly better beauty…

11개월만에 다시 본사 출근…ㅎㅎ 뭐 원래 익숙한적도 없었지만 우리그룹 사무실이 이사해서 건물 다른편에 가있었다…(10분동안 다른팀 사무실을 기웃거린후 깨달음…ㅎㅎ)

사실 이제는 징그럽게 오래된 과거지만 항상 애증이 겹치는 Michigan… 회사 업무 출장 관계로 일주일을 보내기 위해 비행중년 놀이를 했다…
뭐 그래도 어떻게든 이왕 출장인거 Alaska마일을 쌓으려고 보니 Alaska는 하루에 한편… 아니면 Chicago를 경유해서 가야하는데 직항은 아침에 출발해서 늦오후에 도착하는 비행편 밖에 없고 1주일을 통으로 얼굴 비춰야하는 임무라 어쩔수 없이 일요일을 희생했다…Delta는 하루에 3-4편들이고 1편은 꼭 Red-eye… 어차피 비지니스를 태워주는것도 아니고 더구나 국내선이고 해서 출장을 Red-eye로 가는건 좀그렇고해서 그냥 Alaska를 타고 갔다…뭐 비상구석에 앉으니 여유도 있고…
한편 Alaska의 Detroit편 번호가 어느새 313으로 바뀐것도 신기했다…Local 낭만 갬성 쩔어주신다….Enimem사진 하나까지만 붙여주면 아주 끝판왕일텐데…ㅎㅎ
여전히 회색에 갈색빛인 Michigan의 겨울 1주일 시작…뭐 걱정은 전혀 하지 않았다만 다행히 눈은 오지 않았다..ㅎㅎ

오랜만에 collect할정도 까진 아니지만 조립할만한 저렴하고 재미있는 Lego set를 Costco에서 발견하고 바로 조립…
근데 이젠 설명서랑 작은 피스들이 잘 보이지 않는다…ㅠ.ㅠ
회사에서 이런거 하나씩 선물로 보내주면 어디 덧날까 싶었지만 그래도 약간의 애사심을 발휘하여 내돈내산…
This was a fun and reasonably priced pick from Costco and also fun enough to buy and assemble (vs buy as a collection and invest 🙂 ) so enjoyed the Lego assembly
Also gave me the lesson that it is not easy for older man to look and assemble small pieces together… crap…:)

파업이라 일도 빨리 끝나고 해서 쇼핑거리 숙제를 하려고 일과 후 처음으로 개인적인 목적으로 Paris시내를 거닐었는데 비가 줄줄 왔다..(이넘의 Stussy Paris…ㅎㅎ)
그냥 지도 보고 지하철역 찾아 움직였는데 무슨 이름이 Hotel de Ville이라 해서 오래된 유명한 호텔 그것도 이름이 “동네 호텔”인가 보다 했는데 알고 보니 파리시청…ㅎㅎㅎ 그리고 PSG 스토어를 찾아 그 유명한 Champs Elysees를 다시 갔다.. 사실 전에는 개선문만 보고 바로 다시 움직였으니 거리를 제대로 걸은건 처음인듯…. 이제 이강인이 벤치신세라 그런지 이강인 관련 용품은 그냥 머그잔만 남았다… (저지 있으면 사주려했건만…)
After finishing the day early due to working at hotel and no commuting, I decided to check the homework shopping I had to do at Paris. Without any idea on how downtown looks just followed Google maps and got off at Hotel de Ville and thought that might be a famous old hotel 🙂 – later learned that is Paris city hall 😀
As second leg of homework, I visited Champs-Elysees again but this time for PSG store on rainy day

Day2는 저녁이 팀 디너여서 일과 후 다시 시내로 갔다 이번엔 Chatelet 대충 명동과 서울역을 합쳐놓은 시내 한복판….마치 Las Vegas에서 fake로 보던 풍경이 실사화한 느낌…
One more dinner (Team) at Paris at Day2 felt like walking in the real version of faked sceneries from Las Vegas.. 🙂

첫날 퇴근후 Paris시내에서 회사 회식이 있어 퇴근후 가방을 호텔에 남겨놓고 Metro 1호선 지하철을 타고 Paris 시내로 처음 발을 들여봤다…
지히철 역을 나와 시내를 구글맵으로 찾아가고 돌아오는 와중 같은 길로 가는 현지 동료가 어차피 가는길에 있으니 보여주겠다고 Champs-Elysees 거리와 개선문 야경을 구경하고 하루를 마무리했다.
After day 1, rushed to inner city of Paris for group dinner and this meant my first step into Paris 🙂 After the dinner my friendly French colleague who was heading to same direction showed few of us (all visitors) the night scene of Champs-Elysees and Arc de Triomphe.
