Foods at Brazil
정작 정식으로 먹은 공장밥은 못찍었지만 – 사실 이게 제일 인상 깊었다.. Brazil Steakhouse에서 주는 삼겹살 맛의 비슷한 맛을 공장 급식으로 주신다…ㅎㅎ
그 외에 브라질에서 주로 먹은 음식들…
나름 이탈리안 이민이 많아 피자도 맛있었고 의심끝에 시켜먹은 일식도 나쁘지는 않았다. 뭐니뭐니해도 치즈빵과 오렌지 쥬스+ 오렌지 소다도….
그래 여기가 최상품의 오렌지를 만나면 따봉을 외치는 나라였지…ㅎㅎㅎ 어찌 포루투갈어 한마디 못하면서 따봉은 어찌 잘 아느냐는 사람들에게 이 옛날 비디오를 보여줬더니 신기해 했다…
Few other things I ate during Brazil trip 🙂 actually missed the best meal I had at factory which was a slice of pork (and tasted similar to the pork at Brazilian stakehouse in US)

I Love Sushi – Gold To-Go Platter
이번달 초 결혼 기념일을 맞이하여 -Restaurant을 가기는 뭐하니- To Go로 소위 말하는 Flex한번 해주셨다… 오랜만에 숙성도 좀 되고 밥에 와사비도 발려있는 제대로 된 초밥 (평소 먹는건 다 생이고 밥에 와사비가 발리는 사치따윈 없다..ㅎㅎ) 한번 제대로 드셔주셨다..ㅎ
Bent my wallet for anniversary ‘Corona To-Go’ dinner for the family at early in the month – This plate made me realize good sushi is made with a bit of aging and wasabi-on-the-rice 🙂 which I came to forget with ‘regular’ sushi in streets..
