Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort

Economy resort – simple room, a bit pricy cafeteria but shuttle to parks plus extra magic hours are good enough to offset anything..

어차피 잠만 나고 나오느라 정신없는 Disney World 호텔방이 깨끗만 하면 되지 좋아서는 무엇하리… (이미 좋은 호텔은 Hilton에서 2박해서..) 디즈니만 가는 사람에게는 강추…공항에서부터 딴데로 못 벗어나게끔 이리로 “납치”해주심.. (우리는 사용안했지만)

Disney’s Animal Kingdom

Warning

Finally, we had a full day at Animal Kingdom, which we had to shorten to half day 8 years ago.

Great mix of animals/zoo and theme park. Especially Wilderness Explorer program was great enough to have all of kid’s attention on that. Also, the detailed settings of Africa, Asia

2 memorable rides….

– Kali River Rapids has a warning : “You WILL get wet, You MAY GET SOAKED!” and this is true because I was the one got soaked..everything I wore from head to feet all got soaked,  had to take my shirts off and wring multiple times. 🙂

– Expedition Everest: This is the one added after I visted 8 years ago. Fun ride – there is always a drill if the roller coaster goes backward.

처음 제대로 본 Animal Kingdom, Festival of Lion King show도 안하고 Avatar Land도 한참 후의 이야기고 해서 자칫 썰렁할수도 있었는데 쫄딱 젖어 정신이 멍하였다.

Disney’s Hollywood Studio

8년후에 왔더니 Disney-MGM Studo가 Disney’s Hollywood Studio로 이름이 바꿔어 있었다. 허나 여전히 훌륭…

개인적으로는 세상 타본 ride중 가장 재미있었던 Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster는 명불허전 그대로…감동… Aerosmith는 역시 대단 & 존경..ㅎㅎWalk This Way의 Grove란…ㅋㅋ

Water Park에서 지친 아이들을 끌고 저녁에 와 쓰러질 무렵 쏘나기 맞으며 숙소로 돌아갔다..

Windows Phone 8.1 Developer Preview Review after a week

In quick summary Job well done – Now we are talking about completeness of Phone OS – still question remains on application coverages.

Windows Phone 8.1 had great user friendly features Action Center, Cortana, Calendar got improved dramatically as well as Camera applications.

The only downside I noticed with this upgrade are the breakout of game app. Now all the games which was only accessible via Game app in past are also showing up in app list- which drives me crazy becuase of my kids installing tons of games.

이제 드디어 원도우폰이 8.1업그레이드를 통해 다른 폰들과 동등한 수준의 기본 OS기능들을 정착한듯싶다. 이제 앱만 유치해주심…되는데… ^^
