그동안 오래토록 집콕하다가 백신도 맞고 정신건강 회복 차원에서 아이들 Spring Break기간을 맞이하여 오랜만에 운전대 한번 제대로 잡아주셨다.. 북서쪽 외퉁수 마을에 사는데 담장 넘어 북쪽인 영국령 콜롬비아로 못가니 그동안 가보고는 싶지만 엄두를 못냈던 남쪽 미국령 콜롬비아를 탐방하기로 하고 제대로 달려주셨다.
차에서 내릴때마다 어디를 갈때 마다 항상 마스크 써야하는걸 remind해야해서 느낌이 많이 다르긴 했지만 뭐 이제 이건 앞으로의 standard라 편하게 생각하기로 마음을 잡아먹고 움직였다..
Back to the driving wheel in a while – after long no-travel + stay at home plus vaccination period. Still have to remind myself and families to wear masks and check the restaurants/stores status during the travel but this might be the new norm going forward..
As villager living at the northwest corner of the town and not allowed to go over the borderline of British Columbia, decided to take an expedition of ‘American Columbia’ 🙂
