Burger King $12.99 Family Bundle

20200405_130228

Another ‘Deal because of Corona for the Family’ at last weekend. 🙂

Total 6 burgers (3 Whoppers & 3 Cheese Burgers) + 3 Fries = $12.99+Tax – not bad for our family (with 2 furiously eating boys..) and has been a while to enjoy BK’s Whopper.. (You need a Burger King’s App to claim this deal..)

Cleared off one more meal with nice $12.99+Tax

Folgers Coffee

20200406_144140

Another thing learned/reminded via WFH is the fact I drink a lot of coffee… As the volume of coffee I drink cannot be sustained with Espresso machine which has been the usual go-to at home, decided to buy a can of drip coffee – can’t recall the last time I bought the drip coffee. 🙂

Folgers drip coffee reminded me the old days in the dorm in Iowa..

Working Remote

20200310_133213_HDR

About a week of 100% WFH – I am so glad that I brought the extra monitor and mini bay to home to connect to my laptop 🙂 long term WFH without extended monitor would have been a nightmare 🙂

This longer term WFH has been imposing lot of fun challenges – had to face lots of messages and emails (which would have been a direct conversation at office) and extra emphasis on communication -which is always tough..

Back to continuous “in room” working and sleeping..:)

Geni’s Ethiopian: Beef Siga Wat

Chicken Tikka Masala & Butter Chicken

+ Bunch of cilantro, Ginger and Onions. Nice lunch from company’s cafeteria…

Standard of Business Conduct

20190913_104037.jpg

Maybe this was the most innovative series of training Microsoft made – they created a series of drama for Standard of Business Conduct and this year was “season finale” season 3 🙂 Big respect on the effort and creativity to make yearly training not-so boring. Now, I am curious how next year’s training will be after this story is over..

g3 Red Wine Blend from Goose Ridge Vineyards

Friday night works gets intense with a bottle of Washington/Columbia River wine. (Believe or not, people don’t realize Washington is #2 state of wine production behind California in US.. although it is distant #2.. 🙂
