Trip to New York………..Nope actually to Newark, NJ

말그대로 Interview하러 Newark만 갔다 왔다..-.-;

이상하리만큼 난 New York과는 인연이 없나부당..-_-;;;

예전 교환학생때도 뉴욕 겨울에 비맞고 다닌 기억밖에 안나고.. MBA지원때는 맨하탄의 2학교는 별로 끌리지도 않았고…

1학년 때, NYC에서 할 수 있었던 2번의 Interview 기회는 하나는 LaGuardia Airport에서 택시타고 맨하탄 들어갔다 인터뷰만 하고 다시 공항으로… 그다음 기회는 cancel시켰고..

2학년 되면서 처음 가나 했는데..^^ 인터뷰장소가 Newark 공항 5분거리의 NJ라, 1박2일의 여정이었음에도 1박2일간 행사도 계속 있고, 밤에는 호텔방에서 숙제하느라, 맨하탄 구경은 결국 비행기 타고 내리면서 멀리서만 감상해주셨다…(짧은 기억으로는 솔직히 서울과 다른것도 없는데 뭐가 좋은지는 모르겠음..-.- 아마 도시 이미지가 주는 fantasy인가?)

결국, Newark 공항에도 발을 들여봄으로써, NYC로 접근하는 3개 공항은 다 가보게 되었다.. 무지하게 크고 복잡.. 짐검색도 시간 오래 걸리고..-.-; 역쉬 공항은 인천공항이랑 Detroit 공항 McNamara Terminal이 최고로 깨끗하고 정돈 잘된듯..

Maybe due to less ‘connection’ to New York, have never used Newark Airport but finally had a chance to land at there as the job interview location was in near the Newark airport in New Jersey.

Location was simply a river-across from Manhattan but never had a time to hop into NYC… so as it has always been, but next time.. 🙂

Ann Arbor로 돌아가기전… 사촌동생얼굴도 볼 겸, LA에 정착하신 사부님도 인사드릴겸, Networking도 할 겸 겸사겸사 San Diego에 다녀왔다…아름다운 도시..

생각해보면 대충 10년전즈음에 교환학생 끝나고 들어갈 때 LA에서 귀국비행기 타기 전에 SF를 구경하러 갈까 SD로 구경하러 갈까 고민했었는데…

Yes it is the company I interned during this summer.

I believe I had a great time here, first of all, learned valuable lessons during my MBA course.. and also the great opportunity to learn about technology company (both good and bad)

The most impressive thing I am taking in my heart is the fact this experience shed light on both what I really want to do and what I can really do. Thank you all for great experience, and I will do surely miss this place. (and the dynamic environment of Valley and beautiful weather)

Also, I wish this company will be successful in its future whereever it lands! 🙂
