I personally have never been associated any red in my life.. ๐ Grown up from the country hates red, and went to both college and MBA where color was blue… and even I worked for company called themselves as Big Blue… ๐ Maybe the closest one might be magenta.. ๐
$200 hunt for used ski via Newport Ski Swap.. ๐ This was an easy purchase as this can be used either by me or my son ๐ – yes the used-to-be-little elder boy is now a furious freshman in Highschool & has about the same height as mine ๐
Our older boy worked hard in days for this 1000 puzzle – Good story: all done by himself -for the first time ever- across the days… and Bad story: one piece end up lost during the multi days process. So had to do ducktape rescue ๐
Scan the missing part of small guiding poster, print it out after pasting it into Powerpoint, measure the size & actual, do the calculation and readjust the picture to fit, snug the print out under the puzzle set, draw the lines, use the bread cut the same size using bread box (making it 3 times to have the same thickness) glue it all and push it in. ๐
Still not a perfect solution as color got somewhat lighter during the scan and digital conversion but at least one gap was filled for completion…
Endless repeat of crazy weather presented Double Rainbow at Capital Hill today – Sounds weird but now I can freely have a lunch with my old team folks. – but this requires cross-lake travel to go to Cap Hill ๐
Now, finally got the ‘peace of mind’ with Pfizer booster after nervous 7 months + few days with J&J/Janssen ๐ – Yes I was willing and happy to go with another round of sore arm.
Today was my last day at Microsoft after almost a decade. I was extremely honored to work with great people, dealt never-ending but fun challenges; I believe these days gave me crazy amount of learnings – both as a professional and hopefully as a genuine good & caring human. Thank you Microsoft and all who have been part of my journey.

Trying to be back to casual cycling ๐ but now I have a family to go along with it…vs me simply getting one bike and ride..
This journey has been killing my wallet and research time for mini DIYs (Hitch, Car Rack, in Home Rack, Stand, PSI enabled pump, other accessories, and -most importantly- Bike Assembly etc) – didn’t realize this in past but bicycles are becoming more like a car ๐ฆ so many things to install, know and be careful to treat.
Now my butt pain is asking me to do something and I am yelling back at it like “Deal with it”.. ๐
Historic weather forcing us to pull camping sleeping pad near the AC for the night. Well at least tomorrow is two digits after three consecutive record breaking days… ๐ Reminds me the crazy summer of 1994 in Seoul…
